Terms of service

Terms for using Tixer to publish events, sell tickets, issue QR tickets, run check-in, and export records.

Last updated: June 3, 2026

Access

Tixer is available for community events. The service may change as we learn from real events. These are the current terms between you and Tixer Limited for using Tixer as an organizer, attendee, or gate staff member.

What Tixer does

Tixer provides event setup, public event pages, checkout state, payment verification, QR ticket issuance, gate check-in, event reports, support tooling, and platform billing records.

Tixer is not a bank, wallet, escrow provider, payout service, or marketplace. Payment providers handle payment collection, payment methods, provider fees, settlement, and payout timelines.

Organizer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate event, venue, date, ticket, price, and organizer information.
  • Use a valid settlement account and keep payment setup information accurate.
  • Communicate event changes, cancellation decisions, refund expectations, and gate instructions to attendees.
  • Use attendee data only for the event and related support.
  • Do not publish unlawful, misleading, unsafe, or abusive events.

Attendee responsibilities

  • Enter accurate buyer details during checkout.
  • Keep ticket QR codes private unless transferring them with organizer permission.
  • Do not attempt to reuse, duplicate, resell, or tamper with tickets.
  • Contact the organizer or Tixer support if payment or ticket status looks wrong.

Fees and payments

Tixer does not take a percentage commission on ticket sales. Tixer platform fees are flat event fees based on paid ticket volume. The payment provider charges a processing fee on paid tickets, handled by the provider; depending on the event fee setting, attendees cover it at checkout or the organizer does.

Funds are settled directly by the payment provider to the organizer account based on the provider settlement timeline. Tixer does not hold organizer ticket revenue.

Availability and support

Tixer may be supervised closely and may not be available for every event. We may pause access, unpublish an event, or restrict functionality where needed for safety, payment integrity, support, or legal reasons.

Support requests should be sent to sup@tixer.live.

Future updates

These terms may be updated before broader public launch or when the service changes materially. Continued use of Tixer after updates means you accept the updated terms.
