How do I get paid?
Paid sales route through the payment provider straight to your settlement account. Tixer never holds your money, so there is nothing to "pay out". It lands with you directly.
When do I get paid?
On our payment provider's settlement schedule, not Tixer's. Sales go to your own settlement account.
What does Tixer cost?
Tixer takes 0% commission on ticket sales. Paid events pay one flat fee sized by paid ticket count, shown before you publish. Free community events are included up to a fair-use allowance.
Do attendees need a Tixer account?
No. Attendees receive an email confirmation and QR pass. Organizers use the workspace; gate staff can scan from a shared gate link with a PIN.
What happens at the gate?
QR passes scan on any phone. Hand staff a scan link with a PIN, no accounts needed. Duplicate passes are flagged at the door.
Can I run a free event?
Yes. Free tickets issue the same QR passes and check in the same way. Each organizer can publish up to three free events every 90 days, with community exceptions available.
Who pays the payment provider fee?
Your choice at setup: absorb the payment provider's fee or pass it to attendees at checkout. Either way the split is shown before anyone pays.
